These are TinyWind's Standard Return Policies applicable only to the products purchased directly from TinyWind.com website.
All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- RMA Process
- 1. Contact our customer support to submit a RMA request, it should include the informations: Order Number, Products ID, the reason of sending back, post images or videos, your choice of replacement, refund or other your concern.
- 2. Ship the return goods with your order details (order number, RMA number and your address info) in original package, accessories.
- Note: Please offer tracking number for return shipment. TinyWind.com will not take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.
- 3. Get replacement or refund
- TinyWind will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package with 1~3 business days.
- Other Conditions
- 1. If you are not satisfied with the items quality or the size
- Please contact us within 3 days after you get the package. And then ship the returned products in original packing, we will arrange replacement or refund money when we get the package with tracking number you offer to us
- Note: The buyers should be responsible for the shipping cost of resend and return
- 2. Defective products
- Please contact us within 3 days after you get the package and provide the pictures or videos of the broken part to our customer support. We will confirm it with our suppliers to investigate the issue, and arrange the resend or refund for you soon.
- 3. For certain item broken by improper use, we are always glad to offer any helpful repair. Of course, you can send the broken item to us and we would help you to resolve the problem with reasonable repair fees.
