General Questions
1. Is the shipping cost really free? Which countries does TinyWind ship to?
Yes! TinyWind offers Worldwide Free Shipping on all items! We ship the package via Hong Kong Post Airmail and Singapore Post Airmail.
And we ship to most countries across the global, you will find your country in the Delivery Countries form. If you do not live in one of the countries we deliver to but you have friends in one of these countries, why not ask them to forward the items you like to you.
2. What shipping methods do you offer?
TinyWind ship items via Standard Airmail and Express shipping.
All items below 2.0kg which are shipped by Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post Airmail on our website are Free of shipping fees.
We offer Express with extra shipping fee via HK Air Post, EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, if you choose Express service for your order in Shopping Cart page, our customer service team will email you within 1 business day for charging the Express shipping fee after you place orders less than USD$200.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal and Western Union. If you do not have Paypal account, you can borrow your friends' or parents' paypal to buy items for you. Check our Payment Details page.
4. How do I use my coupon code?
You can find coupon codes on our website, the TinyWind forum, our facebook, or in newsletter during promotion periods. You can apply for wholesale coupon code when your order amount is over USD$300.
In order to redeem the coupon code, you need to enter it into the proper field on the Shipping Cart page when checkout. Coupon code can not apply for on sale items.

1. When will my order be shipped and how long does it take to arrive?
All orders on TinyWind will be processed within 1~2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for in-stock items.
Shipping time is 7-20 business days to most countries. Please check the Shipping Policy page for exact shipping time to your location.
2. How do I get tracking number for my order?
We offer Free Tracking Number (Registered Airmail) for per Standard Shipping Order of USD$20 or more and Express Shipping Order.
When your order amount is less than 20$, you need to choose if you need tracking number for your order in your Shopping Cart page when checkout and pay extra USD$3 for getting tracking number. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Note: TinyWind is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages without tracking numbers, so Tracking Service and Insurance is always recommended.
3. How do I track my order?
The shipping company need some time (Singapore airmail: 1-3 days, HK airmail 1 week) to update the status of this package on their website after we provide the tracking number. You can track your orders with tracking numbers in the web 17track, packagetrackr or other tracking website you know. Orders without tracking number can not be tracked.
4. How do I cancle my order?
You can cancle the order by Email Us before the order status is "shipped". You can view your orders status in your account page within 1~2 business days after you place orders.
5. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours after you have placed your order. You can send an Email to: orders@tinywind.com with title "Change Address", our staff will process your request as a top priority.

1. Products Availability
Sometimes some products will become unavailable for shipment after you make a purchase. The most common causes are as follows: Manufactures change the production line to produce some other products, resulting in temporarily unavailable of the products; Delayed stock information updated on our site resulting from a time gap between each order completing the payment and getting recorded in our order system.
At this time, we will contact you to see whether you would like a refund or have another similar product replaced with.
2. Do you sell this item?
As for items you could not find on our website, we would check with our supplier for you as long as you provide the links or the pictures of products you need.
3. How do I order the "Out of Stock" items?
Most often, out of stock items are only temporarily unavailable. You can contact us by email or phone to check the status of them. However, the best option is to have the website notify you. In the item page, enter your email address next to Out of Stock and clcik "Notify Me When In Stock" button under it, when the item back in stock, website will send you an email.
